Shipping/Handling Policy:
Shipping charges are based on actual shipping costs plus a small surcharge for handling. Orders are sent out within 48 hours unless an item is out of stock and expected very soon. If we anticipate more than a week delay, we will notify you and give you the option of waiting until the order is complete or having the partial order shipped immediately and the back order when it arrives.
Returns:
- If you are dissatisfied with your FABRIC order for any reason, you can return it for a prompt refund or exchange, but it must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Unopened and unused notions, threads, quilt kits, & precut fabrics such as charm packs, jelly rolls etc. will be refunded or exchanged if returned within 15 days of receipt.
-Books, patterns, and quilting stencils can only be returned if the wrong item was shipped.
-The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless they are the result of an error on our part.
